I bought my mother’s st peter plan, St Gregory in 2016 and has fully paid the sum of ₱34,200 on April 2021.
Unfortunately, my mom suddenly passed away in the first quarter of 2023. Since the event is within the conditions of Cash Benefit, we were able to claim ₱34,200.
My sister, being my mom’s nominated beneficiary had to:
1. Coordinate with our St Peter Agent
2. Submit claim request for the cash benefit along with her valid id, birth cert, death certificate
3. Called St Peter to ask the status of the check
4. Picked up the check at St Peter Main office in Cubao
It took approximately 2 months for the check to be release.
Ofcourse, i would prefer my mom to live over that amount. Still, it is a great help in such unforseen event.
IMPORTANT:
1. Do not aim to get the cash benefit.
2. Remembet that it is just a financial assistance due to early/unforseen death.
3. We get this memorial plan to be ready and to lessen the burden our loved ones have to experience when we die. Moreover, the value appreciates.

Brought my ecosport there on January 5, 2024, for PMS, undercoating, interior and exterior detailing. I left my car there for a week. That’s the amount of time it took them to finish the work.
Below are the concerns i told the coordinator:
1. Removal of the side mirror anti-theft cover (not fulfilled)
2. Stains on the ceiling(not fulfilled)
3. Sunvisor mirror replacement(not fulfilled)
4. Aircon(freon refilled and filter replacement) Satisfied on this one.
On the first day, the coordinator was pretty good in sending updates. Pictures where sent as well.
On the second day, i had to ask updates from the coordinator. I noticed that i was not getting updates anymore after the first day.
Fast forward to when i picked up the car.
I was very disappointed to find out that the ceiling and the aircon vents were not really touched/cleaned. I just noticed it on my way home(because someone else is driving the car.
At first the coordinator was telling me that the detailer did clean everything. So we brought the car back. I asked them to clean it right away or else they can just refund my money.
I also asked them to try cleaning the stains to confirm if they did attempt to clean them and indeed. I was right.
It was so disappointing. Wasted time, money and effort. They did refund my money for the interior detailing which is good. Now i’m not even aure if they did the pms, undercoating and exterior detailing correctly.
Anyway. Just sharing my experience. One week and this is what i got.

July 9, 2022, at 7:07AM I received a text message from the logistics team confirming the delivery of my pruchase. By 8:30AM I already got the bed.
Bed looks durable and exactly how I expected it to be. I used my 6”, Single(36×75)Uratex foam mattress.
The whole experienced was smooth. Price is significantly more affordable the other similar shops/brands. Though this bed requires top up mattress, I still consider it as a must buy for compact space units.
CONTAMINATED KNORR NIDO ORIENTAL SOUP bought from Eastwood Marketplace!!!
On March 11, 2022, I was about to cook Knorr Nido Oriental Soup(55 g) for my breakfast. I just had my lower wisdom tooth extracted which explains why I I cannot consume solid food. It was around 5am in the morning and when i poured half of the the powder content from the packaging to dissolve in a pot of water, I suddenly noticed multiple tiny roaches floating. I had to make sure so i looked closely(they were tiny but you can see the pests’ structure even their legs). So i looked inside the packaging since there’s still half content left. At first glance, you wont notice them but if you shake the pack you’ll see some discolored particiles which i confirmed to be the tiny roaches.
If you ever bought the same item from the same merchant I ask for you to share it with me(dm) as I have already contacted Food and Drug Administration (FDA Philippines) and DTI Philippines about this matter.
I immediately took a video and reported it to Knorr Philippines. An agent called from uniliver asking details about the item including its storage. I live in a high level floor condominium. The package was sealed and i have never seen such pest then. She even asked me to surrender the item but i declined because i will submit it as a proof for the case i filed.
After A couple of hours, I received a call again from uniliver’s complaint manager. She was nice enough to ask even just a portion of the contaminated product and so I agreed. She asked about the storage of the item prior the incident and I told her that it was located in a basket together with knorr crab & corn pack on top of my refrigerator.
March 13, 2022, someone from uniliver picked up the contaminated powder.
And so I did my personal research and it appears that the pests I found in the knorr nido oriental package were baby german roaches. Really disgusting!!!
From this bad experience I also learned that unless you got sick from consuming a contaminated food, you can’t file a lawsuit against the company. You can just report the incident to FDA, which I definitely did.
If anyone is wondering, I am 100% positive that the baby roaches were from inside the pack because it was sealed and I am very meticulous when purchasing goods. No holes, no signs of point of entry.

The incident was traumatizing considering that i already consumed some processed knorr products not knowing that the manufacturing is not sanitary.
It was Nov 2021, and I was searching for a 1BR condo unit in Eastwood. I came across multiple listings under guzmandolosa account in carousell and inquired. Shared my budget and needs.
Anna Margarita Cruz is the broker who entertained and assisted me. Sent me pictures of the unit, terms, and patiently guided me all throughout the process.
My requests:
December 17, 2021, I decided to settle my 2 months deposit and 1 month advance online without even meeting my broker and viewing the unit personally. It was risky and honestly scary, but I found it inconvenient to go to Eastwood just to view the unit, sign papers and then go back after a week for another activity. Tried to do some online research about the company however, I cannot find any reviews about them including information about my broker.
The process:
Contract will take up to 3 days for the lessor to sign and to be notarized. Processing of move in with the condo’s admin included.
I asked her to provide me 2 valid IDs, and she did. 1 government ID and her company ID. She sent me the necessary forms via email including the company’s bank information then I transferred.
According to my broker, they may be able to turnover the unit on December 27, 2021, which will also be the date when I will issue 12-month PDC for the rent. Come December 29, 2021, I have scheduled to move in.
December 27, 2021, as scheduled me and my agent met at Eastwood Excelsior lobby. It was our first meeting to settle PDCs, unit viewing, and tenant orientation. It was fast and hassle-free. She was able to give me all the information I need for the move in and also introduced me to the concierge. The unit was also ready for move in, and was also referred to the condo maintenance for any request.
All-in-all, I was happy to be assisted by Anne. She’s prompt, responsive and very patient.
